heng i got put alarm clock ar..
if not today i nv work ler.. ~.~
brush teeth everything jiu go work liao..

reach there around 2.45pm like that..
then work work..
till 6+ went to break...
met yk , adr , xav , darius , eugene n sylvia..
then slack awhile till about to 7pm then go back..
go back liao jiu stone ler..
stone till 11pm jiu go home liao !

oh ya.. my leg pain like fcuk siol..
but then the pain i like.. xD
ytd cannot slp jiu at there do exercise lor..
do squatin n burpees n 1 leg deadlift..
